Han-koo Yeo was former trade minister of the Republic of Korea under President Moon Jae-In. He also served as Secretary to the President on New Southern and New Northern Policy in the Presidential Office. Now he is a visiting professor at Seoul National University Business School, teaching global trade and investment, international negotiations and economic security.
