Since 2003, Yuki Isogai has worked in the private sectors and government agencies to promote private sector development and Japanese investment in Eastern Europe, Asia, and Africa. In 2008, she joined the World Bank's Africa Department as a Private Sector Development Specialist. She was involved in private sector development and public-private partnership projects, particularly in East Africa.

As the Lead of the Center of Excellence for Sustainability, Yuki has been involved in the development of sustainability visions and strategies for Japanese companies, the promotion of sustainability business transformation, the establishment of sustainability risk management systems, the support of businesses that solve social issues in developing countries, and the development of sustainable investments. She also supports businesses that solve social problems in developing countries and for sustainable investment and financing. As a collaborative effort with industry associations and other organizations, Yuki has participated in the SDGs promotion working group of the Financial Instruments Business Association of Japan (FIEA) as vice-chairperson, promoting the association's study of the
relevant areas.

She has also participated as an expert in the Study Group on Impact Investing co-hosted by the
Financial Services Agency, the GSG Domestic Advisory Committee, and the Advisory Board on the Ideal
Marketplace of Mercari.

Her publications include 'The Era of SX ( Sustainability Transformation)' and 'SX Strategy for 2030 '. (Co-authored)
