HAYASHI Yoshimasa serves as Minister for Foreign Affairs of Japan since November 2021, and is a member of the House of Representatives belonging to the Liberal Democratic Party. Graduated from Faculty of Law, University of Tokyo, and earned his Master’s Degree from Harvard University, John F. Kennedy School of Government, Mr. Hayashi served as Minister of Defense; Minister of State for Economic and Fiscal Policy; Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries; Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology; Minister in charge of Education Rebuilding.
